Our approach is different than other Real Estate Companies. We operate, not as Independent Contractors, but as a team. Our entire team works on each property for maximum effectiveness. • Property Management- our goal is to maximize the Owner’s investment through professional management, maintenance and to increase the Owner’s income and value of the property. We manage Shopping Centers and Office Parks for a variety of owners. This can include maintenance, the hiring and supervision of contractors and maintenance personnel, inspections, bill paying and profit and loss statements to the owner.
• Development- we are very experienced in profitable developments of shopping centers, office developments, office warehouses and office condos. We were pioneers in bringing many new types of development to Metro Birmingham that are now commonplace. We can get involved as much or little as the Client wishes, starting from a Performa, to architectural drawings that make sense, to construction management, budgeting and the generation of Profit and Loss statements.
